RETURN POLICY -

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS :
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Change of Mind: 
We accept the cancellation if receiver informed us within 1 Day and product is in completely original pack condition.
On cancellation by the customer, 80% of the original value of the product will be refunded.
Please note - all the shipping charges will be bear by customer.
Exchange: 
Exchange is only acceptable in case of manufacturing defects or damages happens in shipping The User shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 1 days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product. (Attributable to, and accepted by the store after due verification at its sole discretion)
Wrong product:
We will replace or refund for same Customer must send us the product with the original packing at our registered address.
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, please email customer service at tidongindia@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow atleast fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your Bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS:
 The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
•    Avoid Guaranteed/Warranted by Customer
•    Damaged/Tempered by Customers
